Delivery and delivery time
We send all our orders with PostNL, DHL & PDP. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a track & trace number from us with which you can track your online purchases. Currently, within the Netherlands, you may receive your order one to three working days later than indicated on the order confirmation. It may be that Germany and Belgium need 2 extra working days. This is due to the busyness of the postal deliverer. We work with all our might to process the order as quickly as possible and to deliver joy to your home, because we understand that you naturally want to have it at home to feel our luxury as soon as possible. Check the delivery time carefully on your order confirmation. If you receive the order later, you will receive an email about this. On the day your package is delivered, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order. We hope for your understanding.
- There are no costs associated with delivery within the Netherlands (from an amount of € 50).
- Delivery within the Netherlands for an amount less than € 50 will be charged € 5.95 delivery costs
- There are no costs associated with delivery within Belgium and Germany (from an amount of € 70).
- For deliveries within Belgium and Germany for an amount less than € 70, €7.5 delivery costs are charged

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 9 p.m, on the next working day.
Due to busyness at the postal deliverer, it may happen that your order takes longer than you are used to from us. We will do everything we can to handle it quickly and properly on our part.
