Return Policy
Aren’t you satisfied with your order? Maybe the wrong size, color, or shape, then you can of course return or exchange it. This is possible within the trial period of 14 days and starts on the day when the order is completely received. Items must always be returned unused and with the original labels, boxes, and price tag.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal (return), the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. In case the product is damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary due to your usage, we may return the product to you again. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it. In general, underwear products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the box was opened, or the adhesive strip was removed.
In general, customers have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, the customer has AGAIN 14 days to actually return the product. If a customer makes use of his right of return, Syrian Cotton will refund the order mount (shipping costs are approximated in the next paragraph) within 14 days after the return notification.
As a new company, we decided not to let you bear the cost of return shipping alone, so we’ve decided to split it with you. The return cost is only 3 euros. You do not have to pay for it at the postal service point, we will deduct it from the product price and deposit the rest into your account within 9 working days after the package is duly received. Please contact us to arrange a return label for you.
If we have sent you by mistake the wrong size or color, then, the return is free of charge.
Additional terms for UNDERCLOTHING/UNDERWEAR:

Have you received multiple packages for one order? Wait kindly for the last item to arrive and return what you want to return in one package.
Register a return:
You can return the package to the address below. Please note that you indicate this in advance by email. In general, you can follow the automated return steps on our website or contact us to arrange a return label for you.
- Please state the order number, which items you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Fill in the automated return form if you want.
- Pack the articles in a suitable bag or box, preferably first in the original product packaging then in a suitable bag or box.
